Don't Call It a Comeback

JJ McCullogh and I had a long discussion about the Supreme Court of Canada, judging and politics - read it here.

Neil Boyd wrote something at The Mark about the elimination of the faint hope clause - something which I felt merited a response, a response which the good folks at The Mark published here.
