Skeptic

Was there a single Canadian who raised any objection whatsoever to the last guy's appointment? I watched the parliamentary hearings and can't remember a thing about them, nor do I recall reading a single criticism about Marshall Rothstein in either the press or the media when he was appointed.

Which might be understandable, had the man not spent 14 years in the human rights racket as an adjudicator.

Fourteen years of oppressing Canadians and not a single criticism of the guy from coast to coast? The combined vetting of 33 million people of a guy known to profit from oppression produces zero concerns? Wow. I mean woweee. Does such a country even deserve justice?

So I'm not sure how a house vote on the next confirmation will have any utility, particularly if Harper selects a woman, francophone, or ethnic, all of whom seem immune to criticism these days.
