CBC Terms of Use

The CBC's official blog has a rather cutting (and insightful) post examining the CBC's own Terms of Use, which includes a proposed "plain English" re-drafting of the TOS which is acually quite good.  Worth a chuckle was the eye-rolling over the inclusion of the phrase "throughout the universe" - something which is second-nature to most of us drafting contracts in this field, but which rightfully raises eyebrows among non-lawyers.
