Bob Rae: sufficiently devoted to the party to allow them to let him act as leader, but not so committed that he'll actually follow them anywhere.
I've heard that Rae has announced he will run in the next election. Should be interesting. I think he can certainly win a seat.
Maybe he was keeping his options open, in case Iggy won the leadership. I mean, would you run for parliament with him as your leader?
